The coat of arms of de Clare.

The coat of arms of de Clare.

The coat of arms of de Clare shows three red chevrons on a golden field.

Blazon: Or, three chevronels gules

It can be found in many places, including the family home in Clare, Suffolk, and Clare and Pembrooke Colleges, and Caerphilly in Wales.

Notes: These arms are very common, and are linked to the Earldoms of Pembrooke and Hertford.
